In a recent interview with Vogue magazine, Anna Kaiser commented that the Colombian star organizes her diet as follows: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For breakfast, Shakira consumes light foods that provide her with the necessary energy: proteins and vegetables. There is no shortage of boiled egg, accompanied by avocado, tomato and olive oil, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, combats pain and helps prevent arthritis. In addition, she usually drinks red fruit juice and consumes a large amount of fruit.

As for lunch and dinner, the artist follows a nutritional plan based on proteins such as chicken and fish, accompanied by steamed vegetables, such as eggplant and carrots. She also includes soups in her meals to ensure a balanced diet.

Shakira also allows herself certain cravings and tastes, like anyone. From time to time, she enjoys foods, fast food, drinks, sweets or desserts that she craves.

Shakira’s diet is complemented by her exercise routine, indicated by her doctor and her trainer. The singer born in Barranquilla trains six days a week for approximately one hour. Her training includes a combination of weights, cardio, dance and sports such as tennis and surfing.

During concert times, her exercise schedule is extended, as is currently the case, since she is preparing for the Copa América 2024, an event in which she will perform.
