Details of Blac Chyna and Tyga’s settlement over the custody of their son King Cairo have been revealed!
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna and Tyga were held to pretty high standards concerning the safety of their son, pledging to never speak negatively about each other in front of the child.
As you may know, Blac Chyna and Tyga were given joint legal and physical custody over their 11-year-old but that came with some conditions to be fulfilled. In the agreement, Cairo will remain resident in the United States, with no party having the power to change his country of residence without “written consent from the other parents.”
Both Chyna and Tyga are ordered to share information and the right to make major decisions about the education, health, and welfare of Cairo. They also have joint access to all his medical records and can’t make unilateral decisions about major decisions or non-emergency health issues without conferring with the other.
