Recently, the mom of two shared her intense gym routine with her followers on Instagram that includes strengthening and conditioning training sessions, as reported by E! News. This comes amid the profound health and wellness journey she has been on since March to reverse cosmetic procedures and tattoo art.

The first video that Blac Chyna posted on Sunday (August 20) showed her doing a high-energy battle rope routine that targets the entire body. During this exercise, she rocked a black sports bra, shorts, a matching beanie, yellow crew socks, and white sneakers.

In the following video, Black Chyna –whose legal name is Angela White– was captured doing crunches and leg lifts while lifting weights.
Earlier this month, she got candid about removing her breast implants and fillers because they did not portray who she is now.

“You have to think about it like this … whatever we put on the outside is the first thing, I could look at you and make any assumption right until you start speaking to me,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
“So my thing is before you even start talking to me or give me a chance I want you to see, ‘Okay this is a well-rounded woman,’ ” she told the outlet. “Not with these types of boobs and a big butt and the big lips. It’s just like, ‘Ahh.’ It put me in this category when that’s really not who I am internally.”
