Taylor Swift and Post Malone are the leading nominees at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, with both artists riding high off the massive success of their collaboration on the song “Fortnight.”
Swift, for the second consecutive year, dominates the nominations at the VMAs, scoring 10 in total. The singer-songwriter’s song “Fortnight” has secured eight nominations, including video of the year, song of the year, best collaboration, best direction, best cinematography, best editing, best visual effects and best direction. Swift is also nominated for artist of the year and best pop. She won 9 awards from 11 nominations at the 2023 VMAs, including artist of the year and video of the year for “Anti-Hero.”
