Last June, news emerged that Shakira, the ex-partner of Gerard Pique, was having significant trouble selling her Miami mansion.

According to Omar Suarez on ‘Fiesta,’ a weekend show on Telecinco, the issue was due to an unpleasant odor emanating from the property.
The house, which is priced around 15 million euros, had become a major headache for the Colombian artist.

“No one wants it due to the conditions it’s in,” Omar Suarez explained on the Mediaset program. “All potential buyers have backed out after discovering that she made some repairs that were not entirely up to code.

“The bathrooms are situated below water level, and when it rains in Miami, all the city’s sewage ends up in her house,” he added.

“All of Miami’s waste ends up in Shakira’s house, causing odor and sanitation problems,” Suarez continued.

Now, after all those issues, it appears the singer may finally be close to selling her mansion.

On ‘TardeAR,’ Kike Calleja disclosed that a well-known Hollywood actor is interested in purchasing Shakira’s Miami mansion.

Despite the previous issues with the property, Calleja emphasized that “the house is wonderful, it’s not a dump.”

Calleja further explained that the mansion features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool, a gym, and a small dock.

The neighborhood is also home to other internationally famous singers and actors.

While the identity of the potential buyer remains undisclosed, there has been speculation that it could be either Ben Affleck, who is rumored to be experiencing marital issues with Jennifer Lopez, or Will Smith.
