Blac Chyna, who now goes by her birth name Angela White, is opening up about her decision to separate her television persona from her identity.
While speaking to PEOPLE at Fox’s season 2 premiere of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, the 35-year-old reality star got candid about her recent decision to undergo a physical, emotional and spiritual transformation and let go of her “Blac Chyna” persona.
She acknowledged how the public may only know her from her headlines, and shared her hopes for fans to get to know her for her true authentic self.
“I am a human, and that I have feelings, and that I’m a work in progress, and that everything that you see with the naked eye is not always the truth,” White said.
