It is scorching hot in New York City this summer, and Emily Ratajkowski knows the shorter the shorts, the less likely you are to spontaneously pass out on the sidewalk from the heat.
On July 16 the model and actor was spotted walking her dog (as she does) in the teeniest microshorts this side of lingerie. She wore the light, sky-blue hot pants rolled at the waist to make them extra low-rise, and paired them with a cropped white tank under a whisper-thin blue button-down shirt, rolled at the wrists. She also made the bold choice to wear her sneakers without socks, Gen Z crew socks be damned.
Keeping the heat at bay was clearly the priority with this ensemble, but that doesn’t mean EmRata skimped on accessories. She added a few layers of chunky necklaces and some oversized sunglasses to ward off the sun.
