An oversize suit? For spring? Groundbreaking.
While the perfect unison of a too-large blazer and baggy trousers will never go out of style, a bulky suit is not necessarily the outfit that comes to mind when you’re dressing for a 70-degree day in New York City. Emily Ratajkowski proved that assumption wrong, however, with her latest springtime fit.
The model and My Body author was spotted walking her dog, Colombo, out in the city today in a sleek beige blazer so oversize, she had to scrunch it up at the sleeves. She paired the outerwear with some slouchy black suit pants, which bunched up at her heels. But the piece that made the suit look work for the warm weather was a simple white triangle T-shirt made out of classic white cotton. (Similar triangle tops are available at Revolve.)
EmRata wrapped up her off-duty look with black Puma Palermo sneakers—an It shoe made for an It girl—tortoiseshell eyeglasses, and gold hoop earrings. She was also photographed wearing black headphones.
