Paige Spiranac will return to competitive golf for the first time in eight years.
The PGA Tour announced that prior to the Tour Championship, the most popular golf content creators will go head to head in the “Creator Classic.” The “Creator Classic” is a nine-hole competition, which will take place on August 28, featuring 16 of the “most successful” and “skilled” golf creators for a chance to win the inaugural Creator Classic title. There will be four groups of four players, with each content creator playing as an individual in stroke play.
Each group will begin on the 10th hole at the restored East Lake Golf Club and each golfer will play holes 10 through 17. The four lowest-scoring players will compete in a one-hole playoff and if there is a tie, a chip-off will happen on hole 17 to determine the seedings. Those closest to the hole would advance to the final playoff hole.
