The relationship between Shakira and Gerard Pique was one of the most talked about topics in recent times, especially when it was revealed that the two were going through a difficult separation process that also affected their children Milan and Sasha.

Apparently, the couple had already been having problems for some time, but everything blew up with the alleged ‘horns’ that the former Barcelona footballer put on the Barranquilla native, the protagonist was Clara Chía, his current girlfriend. Finally, the two began to distance themselves and the separation process advanced, which unleashed strong problems between them.

They have been two years without being anything, each one has their own life: Pique in Spain with his projects, while Shakira lives in Miami with her two children and has had a resurgence of her musical career. However, there are still several issues that keep them together, one of them is a house that, so far, they have not managed to sell.

According to Spanish media, it is the mansion in which they lived together and which they have tried to get rid of on repeated occasions, but so far it has not been possible apparently due to the price.

But beyond its value, there is another aspect that has unleashed a great stir in the Spanish press and among the followers of the two public figures. Espejo Público, a program from that country, revealed that apparently the Barranquilla native has some demands every time she plans to visit the place.

Supposedly, Shakira orders her employees that every time Piqué and his current partner stay in the house, all the belongings have to be replaced. In addition, the sheets, cushions, cutlery, among other objects, must also be thrown away. Once this is done, everything is bought again.

“The singer must plan her visits to the Catalan city in advance so that her employees can prepare the house in time. And she is not referring only to cleaning,” said Miquel Valls, from Espejo Público.

A tax inspector was in charge of following, almost obsessively, Shakira’s steps in Spain, when she lived in that country with her children and Piqué.

The Colombian’s objective, apparently, is to avoid “any contact” with the objects used by the former soccer player and Clara Chía every time they occupy the residence.

Added to this, it is also noted that at the time the Spaniard suggested to his ex-partner to reduce the price of the property in order to sell it more easily. However, the interpreter supposedly refused and so far they have not found a solution.
